ASSISTANT MANAGER for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
This position is responsible for the creation and development of business development strategies, generation of sales leads, forging strong relationships with clients and ensuring that the company meets customer requirements in accordance with the organization’s established policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATION:
- College Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or other related business courses
- 5 to 9 years work experience as a leader in Business Development
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively identifies, corrects, and recommends changes in work processes to ensure efficient operations
- Supervises the daily tasks of personnel in the department
- Conducts market research, identifies new clients and business opportunities, propose business strategies, and action plans and review current activities in order to accelerate business expansion and improve the profitability of ongoing business
- Takes charge in identifying industry associations, memberships, and networks to promote visibility of the company in the industry
- Drafts business plans, sales strategies, presentations, reference materials and other pertinent documents
- Collaborates closely with other departments and proactively manages the implementation of growth strategies
- Cultivates productive working relationships with new and existing clients
- Manages multiple projects and ensures that the team meets its deadlines
- Identifies key industry associations, memberships, and networks to enhance the profile
