HR Manager


An HR Generalist that will be in-charge of HR Operations and will provide support to the Head of HR in ensuring an efficient and effective HR service delivery to the business that contributes to improving individual and organizational performance: standardization and increased speed and quality of service. HR Operations functions include recruitment and selection, employee relations, HR technology and analytics and office administration (corporate support).

Provides governance to the team and high-quality leadership that delivers proactive and business focused HR advice and services.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Organizational Development, Human Resources or other related courses.
  • An HR Generalist with at least 10 years of experience in overall Human Resources Management. Preferably with Center of Expertise in HR Operations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
