Marketing Communications Officer


Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Communications Officer is responsible for overseeing the communications efforts of the organization including but not limited to development and implementation of writing materials (posts, social media content, press releases, speeches) as aligned with the brand’s image and standards. Additionally, the Marketing Communications Officer assists the Marketing Manager in maintaining records and other documentation needed in accordance with company policies and standards.


  • Graduate of Communication Arts, Journalism or Marketing-related course
    • At least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Communications Officer, preferably with experience on hospital or other medical related industries (pharmaceutical, medical devices, etc.).


  1. Excellent communication skills- verbal and written, both English and Filipino.
  2. In-depth knowledge of converting insights to action plans & marketing through different channels
  3. Expert in using Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, etc)
  4. Knowledgeable of other Marketing-related applications (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
  5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  6. Attention to details
