HCV VIRAL LOAD assay, performed on GeneXpert® Instrument Systems, is designed for the rapid quantitation of Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) RNA in human serum or plasma (EDTA) from HCV-infected individuals.
Procedure Details are as follows:
Specimen: Plasma
Running Day: Monday-Friday (Cut off 1200nn)
Specimen Viability: 2-8˚C (3 days)
Results Availability: 1 working day
