Chief of Staff

JOB SUMMARY:

The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the President and CEO, ensuring the effective execution of corporate priorities, decision-making processes, and organizational initiatives. This role acts as a central coordination point across departments, streamlining communication, managing special projects, and driving strategic initiatives that align with the company’s mission and goals. The Chief of Staff provides both operational and strategic support, enabling the CEO to focus on high-level priorities while ensuring seamless day-to-day management of the executive office.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Serve as the primary liaison between the President/CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-through on key priorities.
    • Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery of results.
    • Manage and monitor critical projects, including preparation of progress reports, business reviews, and executive updates.
    • Provide decision-making support by gathering data, conducting analysis, and presenting recommendations to the CEO.
    • Facilitate leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-ups on action items.
    • Support executive-level communications, including speeches, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
    • Coordinate with senior leaders to ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment of company-wide objectives.
    • Represent the CEO in select meetings and engagements, as needed.
    • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive corporate matters.
    • Mentor, guide, and oversee executive office staff to ensure operational efficiency.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree/MBA preferred).
    • Proven experience in executive leadership support, strategy, or project management, ideally in a Chief of Staff, Business Manager, or senior advisory role.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make recommendations. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
    • If being considered with the position, amenable to work onsite at Makati office.
