Creatine Phospokinase (CPK)

Test Information:
The determination of CK and CK isoenzyme activities is utilized in the diagnosis and monitoring of muscular injuries and diseases in the acute (e.g. rhabdomyolysis or acute myocardial injury) and chronic settings (e.g. myopathies such as the progressive Duchenne muscular dystrophy).
